Refund Policy

This policy applies to Wealth Visuals digital products purchased through Payhip.

Instant digital delivery

Products are delivered instantly via Payhip after successful payment. Each of our three books includes a downloadable PDF guide and Excel workbook. Check your receipt, spam folder and download links if you cannot find your files.

Eligible refunds

Refunds are given for duplicate charges or files that were not delivered. Contact Wealth Visuals within 7 days of purchase using the seller contact option on Payhip or your order receipt. Include your order reference, purchase email and a description of the problem; do not send full card details.

We will review the order and delivery information. A duplicate charge will be refunded; a purchase whose files were not delivered is eligible for a refund. If you prefer, you may request help restoring access instead. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider; processing time depends on that provider.

Change of mind

Change of mind alone is not refundable for instantly delivered digital files. This policy does not remove any cancellation, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law, including where required consent for immediate digital delivery has not been obtained.

Purchase support

Use Payhip’s seller contact option or your purchase receipt for order requests. If that option is unavailable, contact the Wealth Visuals Instagram profile linked in the footer without sharing sensitive payment information.
